摘要
细胞生物学与遗传学是生物技术专业重要的专业基础课程,而细胞与遗传学实验是细胞生物学与遗传学教学过程中不可或缺的一部分。然而,由于教学环境和教材的原因,目前细胞与遗传学实验的教学过程中存在诸多问题。本研究结合教学实践,通过优化教学内容、教学方法及教学模式,完善考核方式,对细胞与遗传学实验课程进行教学改革,构建模块化、自主化、开放式的细胞与遗传学实验的研究型教学模式,以期激发学生学习积极性和主动性,提高学生的实践能力和创新思维,助力创新型人才培养。
Cell Biology and Genetics are important foundational courses for biotechnology specialty.And cell and genetics experiment is an indispensable part in the teaching process of Cell Biology and Genetics.However,due to the teaching environment and textbooks,there are many problems in the teaching process of cell and genetics experiment.Based on teaching practice,this paper has optimized the teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching mode,and improved the assessment methods.By reforming the teaching of cell and genetics experiment,a modular,autonomous,and open research-oriented teaching model for cell and genetics experiment has been constructed.The goal of the reform is to stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking,and assist in cultivating innovative talents.
