Exploring the Construction of Talent System for Civil Engineering Majors in Universities Pointing to Professional Certification

文章聚焦专业认证背景,梳理专业认证与土木工程专业人才培养体系的关联性,审视并分析土木工程专业人才培养现状与存在问题,如理论与实践割裂、师资力量匮乏、教育质量监控体系不健全等。围绕上述问题,从面向行业需求的人才培养目标、课程体系的优化与重构、基于现代教育技术的教学手段创新等方面指出人才培养体系的建设路径,并围绕实践教学、教学质量监控体系,举证土木工程专业在人才培养体系中的相关实践案例。

This article focuses on the background of professional certification,sorts out the correlation between professional certification and the talent cultivation system of civil engineering,examines and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of talent cultivation in civil engineering,such as the disconnect between theory and practice,the lack of teaching staff,and the incomplete education quality monitoring system.Based on the above issues,this article points out the construction path of the talent cultivation system from the aspects of talent cultivation goals that meet industry needs,optimization and reconstruction of the curriculum system,and innovation of teaching methods based on modern educational technology.It also provides relevant practical cases of the civil engineering major in the talent cultivation system,focusing on practical teaching and teaching quality monitoring system.
