产教融合视角下高职学生职业规划教育体系构建探微

Exploring the Construction of Vocational Planning Education System for Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

高职学生作为未来职场的重要力量,其职业规划教育尤为重要,但当前高职学生职业规划教育存在诸多问题,如教育主体单一、教育机制不健全、教育体系不完备等,严重影响了高职学生的职业发展。产教融合视角下,高职院校应引入多元教育主体、形成产教融合的教育合力,健全教育机制、提升学生专业能力与课程的协同性,完善教育体系、加强课堂教学与实习实践的连贯性,而政府应加强政策引导,推动产教融合深入发展。

As the important force force in the future workplace,vocational college students'career planning education is particularly important.However,there are many problems in the current vocational college students'career planning education,such as a single educational subject,an imperfect educational mechanism,and an incomplete education system,which seriously affect their career development.From the perspective of industry education integration,vocational colleges should introduce diverse educational subjects,form an educational synergy of industry education integration,improve education mechanisms,enhance the synergy between students'professional abilities and courses,perfect the education system,strengthen the coherence between classroom teaching and internship practice,and the government should strengthen policy guidance to promote the in-depth development of industry education integration.
