PVC塑料与橡胶的催化热解反应产物分布规律研究

摘要 采用管式炉热解装置进行了聚氯乙烯塑料(PVC)和橡胶在ZSM-5、HZSM-5和HY三种催化剂作用下的热解反应,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析热解产物的成分。结果表明,PVC与橡胶的共热解过程,随着催化剂的引入及PVC与橡胶掺混比改变,产品的烃类组分显著变化。HZSM-5催化剂作用下PVC与橡胶共热解的芳烃收率最高,可达77.37%。HY催化剂作用下热解油中单环芳烃向双环芳烃的转化最高,可达56.64%。在PVC橡胶共热解添加HY催化剂1∶1∶1时,多环芳烃组分产率最高,达到23.43%。 The pyrolysis reactions of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and rubber were conducted in a tube furnace using ZSM-5,HZSM-5,and HY catalysts.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was employed to analyze the composition of the pyrolysis products.The results demonstrate significant changes in hydrocarbon components during co-pyrolysis of PVC and rubber,depending on their mixing ratio.With HZSM-5 catalyst,the yield of aromatics from PVC-rubber co-pyrolysis reaches its maximum at 77.37%.On the other hand,HY catalyst exhibits superior conversion efficiency from monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons to bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with a peak value at 56.64%.Notably,when employing a 1∶1∶1 ratio of HY catalyst in PVC-rubber co-pyrolysis,the proportion of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)can reach as high as 23.43%.
