数智赋能高校智慧教学生态系统的构建与应用研究——以“组织设计与工作分析”课程为例

摘要 发展智慧教育、推动教育数字化转型是推动中国式现代化的重要内容。数智赋能的高校智慧教学生态系统模型由主体、介体、环体和载体四部分构成,通过协同共进机制、动态平衡机制和融通共享机制实现高效运行,能最大限度地发挥数智赋能和人机协同的优势,塑造良性循环和动态平衡的教学新样态,实现教与学的智慧化和生态化。通过分析数智时代“组织设计与工作分析”课程教学面临的多维困境,探索如何将智慧教学生态系统应用于课程教学改革,以课程小切口撬动教育大变革,进而促进教育高质量发展,实现教育治理新变革。 The development of smart education and the promotion of digital transformation of education are important elements in the promotion of Chinese modernisation.The digital intelligence-enabled university smart teaching ecosystem model consists of four parts:the main body,the medium,the ring,and the carrier,and is efficiently operated through the mechanism of synergy,dynamic balance and integration and sharing,so that it can give maximum play to the advantages of digital intelligence-enabled and human-computer synergy,shape a new pattern of teaching in a benign cycle and dynamic balance,and realize the wisdom and ecology of teaching and learning.By analyzing the multidimensional dilemmas faced by the teaching mode of “Organizational Design and Job Analysis” in the era of digital intelligence,we explore how to apply the intelligent teaching ecosystem to the teaching reform of the course,prying the big change of education with a small incision of the course,and then promoting the high-quality development of education and realizing the new change of education governance.
