密歇根大学跨学科人才培养的模式及启示

Interdisciplinary Education Model and Implications of the University of Michigan

要满足学生跨学科学习需求,推进复合型人才培养,高校亟待建立健全跨学科人才培养模式。作为跨学科人才培养特色鲜明的世界一流大学,密歇根大学主要借助课程、专业与学位三个教育教学要素以及独立和组合两种组织方式,构建起一套系统、清晰的跨学科人才培养模式。该模式不仅包括单一的跨学科课程、跨学科专业和跨学科学位,还包括课程的跨学科组合、专业的跨学科组合和学位的跨学科组合。借鉴密歇根大学的经验,我国高校应树立跨学科人才培养模式既是独立也是组合的观念,并在此基础上开发独立模式下的跨学科人才培养形式和完善组合模式下的跨学科人才培养形式。

To meet students' requirements for interdisciplinary learning and promote the education of composite talents,it is urgent for colleges and universities to establish and improve the interdisciplinary education model.As a world-class university with distinctive characteristics of interdisciplinary education,the University of Michigan mainly relies on three educational and teaching elements:courses,majors,and degrees,as well as two organizational methods:independent and combined,to build a systematic and clear interdisciplinary education model,which not only includes interdisciplinary courses,interdisciplinary majors and interdisciplinary degrees,but also includes interdisciplinary combinations of courses,interdisciplinary combinations of majors and interdisciplinary combinations of degrees.Drawing on the experience of the University of Michigan,Chinese colleges and universities should establish the idea that interdisciplinary education models are both independent and combined,and develop interdisciplinary education forms under independent models and improve interdisciplinary education forms under combined models on this basis.
