摘要
新生代教师是乡村教育事业的重要“师源”,他们能否扎根乡村,不仅受制于外在生活条件和待遇,更深受其自身是否具有浓厚乡土情怀的影响。相较于传统乡村教师,新生代乡村教师不管是在其培养过程中,还是在其现实职业和实际生活中,都因缺乏乡土知识而呈现乡土情怀淡薄的特征,表现出明显的逃离乡村的意向,职业身份认同感不强,职业使命感淡化。为此,在新生代乡村教师队伍建设中,不论是职前培养还是职后继续教育,都应强化乡土知识的学习以培育其乡土情怀。
As an important “teacher source” of rural education,the new generation of teachers who can take root in the countryside are not only subject to the living conditions and treatment provided by the outside,but also deeply influenced by whether they have strong local feelings.Compared with traditional rural teachers,the new generation of rural teachers are lacking in local knowledge and local feelings in their growth and training,or in their real career and life.They have a weak sense of professional identity and professional mission,and show a clear intention to flee rural teaching positions.Therefore,in the construction and development of the new generation of rural teachers,whether it is pre-service training or post-service continuing education,acquiring local knowledge should be strengthened to cultivate their local feelings.
