摘要
文章旨在研究上海市江川东路站至紫龙路站区间的双线区间盾构隧道施工对周边地表及建筑物沉降的影响。该工程地理位置重要,穿越淤泥质软土地层,特别是淤泥质黏土等软土地层,给施工带来极大挑战。盾构隧道直径为φ6760 mm,采用土压平衡式盾构机进行施工。通过地质勘测和评估,选择了THDG17191和THDG-17192两台盾构机,严格控制盾构姿态,以应对淤泥质软土中的低承载力、高压缩性和流动性问题。通过采取优化掘进参数、精确控制土仓压力、及时进行同步注浆等措施,可有效减少地表沉降及管片上浮。
The purpose of this paper is to study the infl uence of double-line interval shield tunnel construction between East Jiangchuan Road Station and Zilong Road Station in Shanghai on the surrounding ground surface and building settlement.The engineering is located in an important geographical position and passes through the mucky soft soil layer,especially the mucky clay and other soft soil layers,which brings great challenges to the construction.The diameter of the shield tunnel isφ6760 mm,and the earth pressure balance shield machine is used for construction.Through geological survey and evaluation,two shield machines THDG-17191 and THDG-17192 are selected,and the shield posture is strictly controlled to deal with the problems of low bearing capacity,high compressibility and fl uidity in mucky soft soil.By taking measures such as optimizing tunneling parameters,accurately controlling soil bin pressure,and timely synchronous grouting,the ground surface settlement and segment fl oating can be eff ectively reduced.
