高速公路桥梁高墩施工技术分析

摘要 文章以广西贵隆高速公路项目为工程实例,总结了高速公路高墩施工技术的特点,详细阐述了高速公路桥梁高墩施工技术,并强调了施工要点,包括测量放样、高墩施工模板体系、爬模工艺、钢筋工程等,并提出了高墩施工质量控制措施、安全防护措施等。结果表明,高墩施工技术的应用可为桥梁施工提供重要的技术支持,施工效率有所提升,后续运行阶段的稳定性更好,可提供安全且舒适的车辆通行环境。 Taking Guigang-Long'an Expressway project in Guangxi as an engineering example,this paper summarizes the characteristics of expressway high pier construction technology,expounds the high pier construction technology for expressway bridge in detail,and emphasizes the key points of construction,including survey lofting,high pier construction formwork system,jumping formwork process,steel bar engineering,etc.,and puts forward the quality control measures and safety protection measures of high pier construction.The results show that the application of high pier construction technology can provide important technical support for bridge construction,the construction efficiency is improved,the stability of the subsequent operation stage is better,and the safe and comfortable vehicle traffi c environment can be provided.
