摘要
文章旨在探讨BIM技术在大型下沉式再生水厂工程中的应用,通过对实际案例的分析,介绍了BIM技术在碰撞检查及孔洞预留、采光分析、可视化交底、人员疏散模拟等方面的应用要点,并从信息交付与运维管理、水质监控与分析两方面出发,分析了基于BIM技术的运维管理。通过应用BIM技术,能提升施工效率及施工安全,加快工程建设向智能化方向发展的速度。
This paper aims to explore the application of BIM technology in large-scale sunken reclaimed water plant engineering.Through the analysis of actual cases,it introduces the application points of BIM technology in collision inspection and hole reservation,lighting analysis,visual disclosure,personnel evacuation simulation,etc.,and analyzes the operation and maintenance management based on BIM technology from two aspects of information delivery and operation and maintenance management,water quality monitoring and analysis.Through the application of BIM technology,the construction effi ciency and safety can be improved,and the development speed of engineering construction in the intelligent direction can be accelerated.
