基于层次分析法的海外工程项目风险控制及管理措施研究

摘要 为确保沙特阿拉伯K营地项目工程质量达标,并有效防范各类安全风险的发生,文章为该项目建立了一套针对性的风险指标体系。在评价过程中,详细分析了项目的风险因素集、风险评价集、判断矩阵及各因素的权重。基于以上分析,通过科学的风险评价体系和运算方法,对项目风险等级进行了客观而精准的评估。根据评估结果,提出了一系列针对火灾、爆炸、触电、车辆事故及机械伤害的风险控制措施,旨在有效预防和应对可能出现的风险,从而确保整个施工过程安全顺利进行。 In order to ensure that the engineering quality of the camp K project in Saudi Arabia meets the standards and effectively prevent the occurrence of various safety risks,this paper establishes a set of targeted risk index system for the project.In the process of evaluation,the risk factor set,risk evaluation set,judgment matrix and the weight of each factor are analyzed in detail.Based on the above analysis,through the scientific risk evaluation system and calculation method,the project risk level is assessed objectively and accurately.According to the assessment results,a series of risk control measures for fire,explosion,electric shock,vehicle accidents and mechanical injuries are proposed to effectively prevent and deal with possible risks,so as to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the whole construction process.
