摘要
文章采用加铺沥青层的方式对水泥混凝土路面进行处治,并开展了有限元数值仿真模拟,研究了沥青加铺层接缝处的受力特征、弯沉变形特征,分析了主要的影响因素。结果表明,在重载或超载车辆荷载的作用下,路面极易出现应力集中现象,车辆轴载对沥青加铺层接缝处的弯沉变形也有明显影响,在实际道路运营过程中,应重视重载和超载现象;增加沥青加铺层厚度能显著改善接缝两侧的弯沉差,有效延缓和预防反射裂缝出现;与受力情况相比,沥青加铺层弹性模量对接缝处弯沉变形的影响更为明显。
The cement concrete pavement is treated by asphalt overlay,and the fi nite element numerical simulation is carried out.The stress characteristics and deflection deformation characteristics of asphalt overlay joints are studied,and the main influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that under the action of heavy load or overloaded vehicle load,the pavement is prone to stress concentration,and the axle load of the vehicle also has a signifi cant impact on the defl ection deformation at the joint of the asphalt overlay.In the actual road operation process,attention should be paid to the phenomenon of heavy load and overload;increasing the thickness of asphalt overlay can significantly improve the deflection difference on both sides of the joint,and effectively delay and prevent the occurrence of reflection cracks.Compared with the stress condition,the infl uence of the elastic modulus of the asphalt overlay on the defl ection deformation at the joint is more obvious.
