海上风电项目施工期海洋环境影响跟踪评价指标体系研究

Research on Tracking Evaluation Index System of Marine Environmental Infl uence During Off shore Wind Power Project Construction Period

海上风电项目作为清洁能源发展的重要组成部分,其建设过程中的环境影响不容忽视。为构建可行的海上风电项目施工期海洋环境影响跟踪评价指标体系,文章先分析了施工产污环节,随后结合A、B、C三个海上风电场分析了具体评价指标,包括环境管理状况、环保对策是否落实、生态环境监测,并计算权重,最后构建出了具有一定参考价值的跟踪评价体系,并提出对应的环保建议,旨在降低施工活动对海洋环境造成的负面影响。

As an important part of clean energy development,the environmental influence of offshore wind power projects in the construction process can not be ignored.In order to construct a feasible marine environmental influence tracking evaluation index system during the construction period of offshore wind power projects,this paper fi rst analyzes the pollution production links in construction,and then analyzes the specific evaluation indexes in combination with three offshore wind farms A,B and C,including environmental management status,whether the environmental protection countermeasures being implemented,ecological environment monitoring,and the weight calculation.Finally,a tracking evaluation system with certain reference value is constructed,and corresponding environmental protection suggestions are put forward to reduce the negative influence of construction activities on the marine environment.
