摘要
针对T梁湿接缝钢筋连接施工焊接工作量大、钢筋干涉多、施工作业面不足、施工工期长等问题,文章以浙江省104国道绍兴东湖至蒿坝段改建工程中的湿接缝结构为研究对象,对直筋焊接、双环搭接和带端锚钢筋三种连接方式进行了局部足尺模型试验,分析了不同钢筋连接方式钢筋搭接长度缩短为10d(d为钢筋纵筋直径)时,湿接缝的结构破坏特征和受力性能,为优化湿接缝设计提供合理的建议。
In view of the problems of large welding workload,much rebar interference,insufficient construction working face and long construction period in T-beam wet joint rebar connection construction,this paper takes the wet joint structure in the reconstruction engineering of Shaoxing Donghu to Haoba section on National Highway 104 in Zhejiang Province as the research object,carries out local full-scale model tests on three connection modes of straight bar welding,double-ring overlap,and end-anchored rebar,and analyzes the structural failure characteristics and mechanical performance of wet joints when the overlap length of rebar in different connection modes is shortened to 10d(d is the diameter of longitudinal rebar),which provides reasonable suggestions for optimizing the design of wet joints.
