摘要
为提升市政道路桥梁工程施工效率与质量,文章结合具体工程实例,针对市政道路桥梁工程的施工环境复杂性、现场管理挑战和材料管理等难点,采用综合项目管理模型(IPMM),从项目启动、执行监控及收尾全过程,对其施工管理及控制措施进行了系统分析,并选取项目完成率、成本控制效率、质量合格率、安全事故率及业主满意度作为评价指标,对其施工管理效果进行了评价。结果表明,优化管理策略和强化现场控制措施的实施,提升了项目管理的透明度和响应性,为保证市政道路桥梁工程施工质量提供了参考和借鉴。
In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality of municipal road and bridge engineering,combined with specific engineering examples,aiming at the difficulties of construction environment complexity,on-site management challenges and material management of municipal road and bridge engineering,this paper uses IPMM(Integrated Project Management Model)to systematically analyze the construction management and control measures from the whole process of project start-up,execution monitoring and closing,and selects the project completion rate,cost control efficiency,quality qualification rate,safety accident rate and owner satisfaction as evaluation indexes to evaluate the construction management effect.The results show that optimizing the management strategies and strengthening the implementation of on-site control measures have improved the transparency and responsiveness of project management,and provided reference for ensuring the construction quality of municipal road and bridge engineering.
