拆除工程的施工管理和造价控制是保证进度、质量管理和成本控制的关键因素,如何科学制订施工方案和有效控制造价是管理人员一直关注的重点。文章从施工流程、机械设备和施工原则等角度深入探讨了拆除工程的施工管理要点。通过整理实际拆除工程的造价数据,研究了拆除工程造价的影响因素,旨在提出控制拆除工程造价的关键点,包括建筑废弃物量的计算和处置方式、钢筋回收量的计算和回收单价。最后以某拆除工程为研究对象展开了实例研究,结果表明,经过建筑废弃物处理方案优化后,拆除造价减少了73.54%,造价控制效果较显著。

The construction management and cost control of demolition engineering are the key factors to ensure the progress,quality management and cost control.How to scientifically formulate the construction plan and effectively control the cost is the focus of management personnel.This paper discusses the key points of construction management of demolition engineering from the perspectives of construction process,mechanical equipment and construction principles.By sorting out the cost data of the actual demolition engineering,the infl uencing factors of the demolition engineering cost are studied,aiming to put forward the key points to control the demolition engineering cost,including the calculation and disposal of the amount of construction waste,the calculation of the amount of rebar recovery and the recovery unit price.Finally,a case study is carried out with a demolition project as the research object.The results show that after the optimization of the construction waste disposal scheme,the demolition cost is reduced by 73.54%,and the cost control effect is signifi cant.
