In the process of continuous promotion of power grid construction in China,the development of 10 kV power engineering projects has become more and more common.In order to improve the construction safety management and quality control level of 10 kV power engineering,this paper analyzes the control methods in the construction process of 10 kV power engineering from the perspective of safety management and site quality management.While doing a good job in construction management and control,it effectively improves the safety and quality level of power engineering construction,and lays a good foundation for the development of China's power grid industry.
