摘要
文章针对潆溪河特大桥在极其特殊施工环境开展施工方案设计与论证的过程,运用Midas Civil有限元软件建立支架整体数值模型,分析支架的内力、位移等影响因素的变化情况。结果表明,支架强度、刚度及稳定性均满足受力要求,与实际工程结论吻合程度较好。同时,针对紧邻铁路营业线和上跨在建铁路特殊环境下的现浇支架的支架结构设计及施工过程面临的挑战与难题,提出了相应的解决方案。
Aiming at the process of construction scheme design and demonstration of Yingxi River extra-large bridge in extremely special construction environment,this paper uses Midas Civil fi nite element software to establish the overall numerical model of the support,and analyzes the changes of internal force,displacement and other influencing factors of the support.The results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the support meet the stress requirements,which is in good agreement with the actual engineering conclusion.At the same time,in view of the challenges and problems faced by the support structure design and construction process of the cast-in-place support under the special environments of being adjacent to the railway operating line and overcrossing railway under construction,the corresponding solutions are proposed.
