摘要
冷态通风试验在煤粉锅炉中扮演着至关重要角色。通过对锅炉进行冷态通风试验,对试验数据进行分析、对比,判断各风道设计、安装的合理性。通过磨煤机出口煤粉管道冷态一次风速调平试验确保磨煤机出口各煤粉管道风量均匀分配;通过对一、二次风量测量标定,对比DCS (Distributed Control System,分布式控制系统)画面风量、风速测点测量的准确性;通过炉内动力场试验验证切圆锅炉炉膛切圆方向及半径,测量并绘制直流燃烧器风门特性曲线,测量并调整旋流燃烧器喷口风速偏差,为煤粉锅炉制粉系统热态调整、锅炉燃烧调整提供理论依据。探讨了冷态通风试验方法及在煤粉锅炉中的应用,旨在为相关工程技术人员提供实用指导和解决方案。
Cold ventilation test plays a crucial role in pulverized coal boilers.Through the cold ventilation test of the boiler,the test data was analyzed and compared to judge the rationality of the design and installation of each air duct.The uniform distribution of air volume of pulverized coal pipe at the outlet of pulverized coal mill was ensured by the first wind speed leveling test in cold state;through the calibration test of primary and secondary air volume measurement,the accuracy of air volume and wind speed measurement points in DCS(Distributed Control System)screen was compared;through the power field test in the furnace,the tangential direction and radius of the furnace of the tangential boiler were verified,the characteristic curve of the burner throttle of the cyclone-type burner was measured and drawn,and the deviation of the wind speed of the cyclone-type burner nozzle was measured and adjusted,which provided a theoretical basis for the adjustment of the hot state of the pulverized coal boiler and the combustion adjustment of the boiler.The method of cold ventilation test and its application in pulverized coal boilers were discussed,in order to provide practical guidance and solutions for relevant engineers and technicians.
