摘要
随着天然气井田数量的持续增加,人工开关井的传统作业形式受到了较多外在因素影响,工作效率低。为此,先结合智能控制需求,提出远程控制系统并进行各组成模块功能的概述。其次,从方案验证出发,基于试验参数收集和分析,证明远程智能控制的开关井作业具有管线压力正常、阀门开度平稳增加和开关井迅速的特点,且支持现场手动、自动操作,井口远程控制效果显著。最后,远程智能控制也具有较高的人力成本效益,满足天然气开采的需要,可做好开关井的远程智能化控制升级。
With the continuous increase of the number of natural gas wells,the traditional operation mode of artificial switching wells has been affected by more external factors,and the work efficiency is low.Therefore,combined with the intelligent control requirements,the remote control system was proposed and the function of each component module was summarized.Secondly,starting from the program verification,based on the collection and analysis of test parameters,it was proved that the switching well operation with remote intelligent control had the characteristics of normal pipeline pressure,steady increase of valve opening and rapid switching well,and supported on-site manual and automatic operation,and the effect of remote wellhead control was remarkable.Finally,remote intelligent control also has high human cost efficiency,meets the needs of natural gas exploitation,and a good job in remote intelligent control upgrade for switching wells can be done.
