摘要
综采设备作为煤矿安全、高效生产的重要设备,长期处于高温、高压、潮湿、粉尘等工作环境中,极易发生设备故障。因此,为进一步降低设备故障对煤矿生产效率的影响,选取山西省杜儿坪煤矿作为研究背景,通过分析该煤矿综采面机电配置的实际情况,设计以西门子S7-1516F-3PN/DP为核心的综采工作面设备状态监测系统,保障综采设备高效、稳定运行,为生产贡献积极力量。
As an important equipment for achieving safe and efficient production in coal mines,fully mechanized equipment is prone to equipment failure due to long-term exposure to high temperature,high pressure,humidity,dust and other working environments.Therefore,in order to further reduce the impact of equipment failures on coal mine production efficiency,Duerping Coal Mine in Shanxi Province was selected as the research background.By analyzing the actual situation of the mechanical and electrical configuration of the fully mechanized mining face in the coal mine,a fully mechanized mining face equipment status monitoring system with Siemens S7-1516F-3 PN/DP as the core was designed to contribute to ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the fully mechanized mining equipment.
