摘要 探讨了矿井提升机变频控制系统的设计与应用。首先,对矿井提升机控制系统的现状进行了调研,强调了变频控制技术的重要性;其次,在系统的架构与设计中,详细描述了系统的总体架构、硬件组成、软件设计和控制策略,并通过应用PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)和控制算法,增强了提升机控制的灵活性;最后,对系统的响应时间和准确性等性能指标进行了测试及评估,旨在提高提升机的性能和效率,为工业生产提供一定的技术支持。 The design and application of frequency conversion control system for mine hoist were discussed.Firstly,a survey was conducted on the current status of the control system for mine hoists,emphasizing the importance of frequency conversion control technology.Secondly,in the architecture and design of the system,the overall architecture,hardware composition,software design,and control strategy of the system were described in detail.By applying PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and control algorithms,the flexibility of the elevator control was enhanced.Finally,performance indicators such as response time and accuracy of the system were tested and evaluated.The research aimed to improve the performance and efficiency of the hoist,providing certain technical support for industrial production.
