保障国家粮食安全是建设社会主义现代化强国的必然要求。新质生产力作为一种创新质优的先进生产力,可通过以高素质劳动者提高粮食劳动生产率、以新型劳动对象提升粮食产业资源配置效率、以高技术含量劳动资料构建粮食现代化产业体系为粮食产业高质量发展增强新动能。但当前在粮食生产领域发展新质生产力面临劳动资料革命性突破不足、传统劳动对象拓展延伸不足、高素质劳动者缺乏、相关科技体制和经济体制不够完善等现实困境。为此,以新质生产力赋能国家粮食安全,应该完善科技创新政策,协同推进基础研究与应用研究;拓展劳动对象范围,实现粮食产业深度转型;完善人才培养机制,提升粮食生产者科技素质;持续推进制度创新,为粮食产业高质量发展摒除机制障碍。

Ensuring national food security is imperative for building a modern powerful socialist nation.New quality productivity,as an innovative and high-quality advanced productivity,can enhance the high-quality development of the food industry by improv⁃ing labor productivity with high-quality workers,improve the efficiency of resource allocation in the food industry with new types of labor objects,and build a modern industrial system for grain with high-tech labor materials to enhance new driving forces for the high-quality development of the grain industry.However,the current development of new quality productive forces in the field of grain production faces practical difficulties such as insufficient revolutionary breakthroughs in labor materials,limited expansion and extension of traditional labor objects,lack of high-quality workers,and incomplete related technological and economic sys⁃tems.To empower national food security with new quality productivity,it is necessary to improve scientific and technological inno⁃vation policies,and promote basic and applied research in a coordinated manner;expand the scope of labor objects and achieve deep transformation of the grain industry;improve the talent cultivation mechanism and enhance the scientific and technological quality of grain producers;continuously promote institutional innovation and eliminate institutional barriers for the high-quality de⁃velopment of the grain industry.
