摘要
以朔黄铁路黄骅港车站为示范用例,研究基于5G的重载车站智能调车系统总体方案,旨在解决调车作业人员的作业复杂性、工具落后及效率低下问题。系统通过5G通信平台实现重载车站自动化和智能化调车,并研制了涵盖大数据中心、智能调度与控制、自动驾驶、远程驾驶、智能视频云防、智能双源制电力机车、定制5G专网等重载铁路智能调车先进技术装备。利用技术手段减轻作业人员劳动强度,减少现场作业人员,实施有效的现场作业人员人身安全防护,提高重载车站到发线使用率,推进“智慧、智能、智联、智感”的重载智慧车站建设。
Using the Huanghua Port Railway Station of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway as a demonstration case,a comprehensive solution for the 5G-based intelligent shunting system of heavy haul railway stations has been developed,aiming to address challenges such as operational complexities,outdated tools,and the low efficiency encountered by shunting operators.The system leverages a 5G communication platform to enable automatic and intelligent shunting operations at heavy haul railway stations.Advanced technological equipment and facilities for intelligent shunting in heavy haul railways is developed,including the big data center,intelligent dispatching and control system,ATO,remote train operation,intelligent video cloud protection,intelligent dual-powered electric locomotive,and customized 5G private network.A range of technical measures are used to reduce the labor intensity of operators,decrease the number of personnel required on-site,ensure effective safety measures for on-site operators,improve the utilization of arrival and departure tracks in heavy haul railway stations,and foster the development of“smart,intelligent,interconnected,and perceptive”heavy haul railway stations.
