摘要
为解决值班人员有效值班以及发生火灾后缺乏有效调集手段的问题,通过开发微型消防站火警调集微信小程序,利用GIS和电话语音平台技术,实现火灾报警控制器与微信小程序进行数据通信,对报警信号进行逻辑分析,实现自动调集、“一键调集”、消防救援机构调派、自动分析邻近微型消防站情况,以及区域联防增援等功能。通过实际测试,该小程序可在发生火灾时实现多种方式快速调集、增援集结,发挥微型消防站“灭早灭小灭初期”的关键作用。
To address the problem of effective on-duty personnel and efficient mobilization capabilities in the aftermath of a fire emergency,we have developed a miniature fire station fire alarm mobilization WeChat mini program.This innovative solution harnesses GIS and telephone voice platform technology to establish seamless data communication between the fire alarm controller and the WeChat mini program.By logically analyzing alarm signals,it enables automatic and“one-click”mobilization,efficient dispatch of fire rescue agencies,as well as automatic assessment of the readiness of neighboring miniature fire stations,thereby facilitating regional defense reinforcement and other critical functions.Rigorous testing has proven that this mini program effectively resolves the issue of swift mobilization and reinforcement strategies in diverse fire scenarios,underscoring the miniature fire sta-tion’s pivotal role in adhering to the“early detection,small-scale intervention,and prompt response”principle.
