摘要
面对当前医患关系的困境和挑战,志愿服务在发挥自身独特优势,加强医学人文教育方面具有十分重要的作用。本文以一项医学院校和医院联合开展的志愿服务项目为例,分析探究志愿服务融入医学人文教育的实现路径,包括坚持学科优势和临床需求相结合、知识传授和价值塑造相统一、志愿服务和劳动教育相融合、组织引领和个人主动相促进等,以提升医学生、医务人员等人文素养,推动医学人文回归,为建立良好医患关系提供参考。
Facing the current dilemma and challenge of doctor-patient relationship,voluntary service plays a very important role in strengthening medical humanities education by exercising its own unique advantages.In this paper,we take the example of a voluntary service project jointly carried out by medical schools and hospitals to analyze and explore the realization path of voluntary service integrated into medical humanities education,including adhering to the combination of disciplinary advantages and clinical needs,the unity of knowledge transmission and value formation,the integration of voluntary service and work education,and the promotion of organizational leadership and personal initiative,and so on.All these efforts are aimed at improving the humanistic qualities of medical students and medical personnel,promoting the revival of medical humanities,and providing a reference for establishing a good doctor-patient relationship.
