基于紧密型医联体的5G区域心电云平台建设与应用探索

心血管疾病起病急、进展快、危害大,第一时间得到有效救治是治疗的关键。由于医疗卫生资源分布不均衡,大部分高质量的医疗资源主要集中在三级医院,现实中仍有大量患者因来院太迟而错过了最佳抢救时间。如何提升基层医疗服务能力,促进基本公共卫生服务均等化已迫在眉睫。浙江省台州医院借助5G专线联合医联体单位共同构建村卫生室—基层卫生院—二级医院—三级医院的四级心电诊断云平台,并将异常心电数据与智慧急救无缝对接,完善院前—院内的信息共享,整合网络、业务、资源,尽可能缩短患者从发病到转运、处置的时间,实现心电与急救高效融合的区域协同救治模式,不仅提升了基层单位的心电诊断和危重症处置能力,也更进一步提升了区域心血管疾病的医疗的协同救治能力。

Cardiovascular diseases are rapid in onset,rapid in progression,and highly dangerous,and the first time to get effective treatment is the key to its treatment.Due to the uneven distribution of medical and health resources,most of the high-quality medical resources are mainly concentrated in tertiary hospitals,in reality,there are still a large number of patients who arrive at the hospital too late and miss the best rescue time.How to improve the capacity of primary medical services and promote the equalization of public primary medical services is urgent.With the help of 5G special line,Taizhou Hospital in Zhejiang Province combined with medical alliance units to build a four-level ECG diagnosis cloud platform consisting of village clinics,primary health centers,secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals.Abnormal ECG data was seamlessly connected with intelligent first aid,improving information sharing between pre-hospital and hospital,integrating network,business and resources,and shortening the time from onset to transportation and treatment as much as possible.The implementation of efficient integration of ECG and first aid in the regional collaborative treatment mode not only improves the capability of ECG diagnosis and critical care in primary care units,but also further enhances the collaborative treatment capability of regional cardiovascular diseases.
