摘要
使用通过智能测控终端、传感器、电源适配和通信模块的综合应用,组成下位机控制系统,以监测电机轴承振动和温度诊断技术为基础,提前预警,根据设备的实际运行状态来监测设备状态。智能测控终端主要监测设备的振动和温度,通过上位机的远程PC端软件实现远程通信,设置预警阈值来提前预判设备的监测状态。监测过程中需要振动和温度传感器来实时采集模拟量信号。PC端具备数据分析功能,振动通过包络谱分析法分析轴承故障,温度通过温升来分析。此智能测控终端的优点是安装方便、测量准确、实时监测和应用场景广泛,具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper uses the integrated application of intelligent measurement and control terminal,sensor,power adaptation and communication module to form the lower machine control system,based on the monitoring motor bearing vibration and temperature diagnosis technology,early warning,according to the actual operating state of the equipment to monitor the equipment status.The intelligent measurement and control terminal mainly monitors the vibration and temperature of the equipment,realizes remote communication through the remote PC software of the upper computer,and sets the early warning threshold to predict the monitoring state of the equipment in advance.In the monitoring process,vibration and temperature sensors are needed to collect analog signals in real time.The PC terminal has the function of data analysis,vibration analysis by envelope spectrum analysis bearing fault,temperature analysis by temperature rise.The intelligent measurement and control terminal has the advantages of easy installation,accurate measurement,real-time monitoring and wide application scenarios,and has broad application prospects.
