基于人工智能的火电厂集控运行平台研究

摘要 随着我国新能源产业的发展,我国火电厂的发展面临着巨大的压力,但是火力发电仍然是传统发电的行业重点。针对火电厂产业运行过程中锅炉主蒸汽温度控制系统非线性以及参数时变性以及系统运行技术滞后的问题,采用LabView软件设计了智能控制的火电厂集控平台。以模糊PID智能算法为依托,引入了负荷跟踪控制理论,设计了基于人工智能算法技术的智能化火电厂锅炉温度集控平台,建立火电厂发电系统的跟踪负荷控制系统。经过试验检测,设计的智能集控平台具有反馈及时、响应时间短、系统运行稳定等优势,更有利于提升火电厂运行的安全性和经济性。 With the development of China's new energy industry,the development of China's thermal power plant is facing great pressure,but thermal power generation is still the focus of the traditional power generation industry.For the thermal power plant industry operation process boiler main steam temperature control system nonlinearity and parameters of time-varying as well as the system operation technology lagging problems,LabView software is used to design an intelligent control of the thermal power plant centralised control platform.Based on the fuzzy PID intelligent algorithm,the load tracking control theory is introduced,and the intelligent thermal power plant boiler temperature centralised control platform based on artificial intelligence algorithm technology is designed to establish the tracking load control system of thermal power plant power generation system.After testing,the designed intelligent centralised control platform has the advantages of timely feedback,short response time,stable system operation,etc.,which is more conducive to improving the safety and economy of thermal power plant operation.
