作为一种系统的财务管理工具,全面预算管理可以通过对企业资源的整体规划和控制,有效提升企业绩效.文章对全面预算管理在企业绩效提升过程中发挥的重要作用进行了深入的探讨.系统地分析了全面预算管理与企业绩效之间的关系,探讨了全面预算管理在实际执行过程中面临的挑战,并提出了相应的解决方案,为企业实施全面预算管理提供有效的指导.
As a systematic financial management tool,comprehensive budget management can effectively improve enterprise performance through the overall planning and control of enterprise resources.This paper discusses the important role of comprehensive budget management in the process of enterprise performance improvement.This paper systematically analyzes the relationship between total budget management and enterprise performance,probes into the challenges faced by total budget management in the actual implementation process,and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide effective guidance for enterprises to implement total budget management.
