As an important pillar of the national industrial system,the stability and sustainability of the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises have a profound impact on the development of the national economy.With its capital-intensive and technology-intensive characteristics,equipment manufacturing enterprises show distinctive life cycle characteristics in the process of operation.This paper will conduct an in-depth analysis of the financial strategy problems faced by equipment manufacturing enterprises in different life cycle stages such as start-up,growth,maturity,and decline,and formulate targeted improvement strategies,so as to improve their financial management level and help equipment manufacturing enterprises develop steadily and healthily.
