In the real estate industry,investment project decision-making has always been one of the key links of enterprise development.In today's competitive market environment,real estate enterprises are faced with many challenges and opportunities.How to make investment projects scientifically and reasonably has become one of the problems that enterprises must seriously think and solve.Based on this,this paper,from the financial perspective,expounds the characteristics of the real estate enterprise investment project decision,analyzes the real estate enterprise based on the financial perspective,and puts forward some practical application suggestions,in order to provide theoretical reference for real estate enterprise investment project decision and practical guidance.
