摘要
本文采用文献综述、实地调研等方法,分析了预应力钢筋混凝土管道的施工工艺,对基础工程、预应力钢筋的布设以及混凝土管道安装关键技术进行研究,以提高其施工效率及工程质量。结果表明:在管道工程施工中,合理的基础工程设计施工能提高管道的稳定性和持久性;预应力钢筋的定位和间距对管道承载能力及抗震性能有重要影响,优化布设方案、合理确定间距,有助于提高管道整体结构的性能;在管道安装过程中,针对安装、锚固、连接及密封技术等关键环节,提出施工优化方案,确保管道稳定连接且具有良好密封。通过以上措施,可以提高市政给排水预应力钢筋混凝土管道的施工效率和工程质量,促进城市基础设施建设的可持续发展。
This article uses a literature review and field research to analyze the construction process of prestressed reinforced concrete pipelines.It also studies the key technologies of foundation engineering,prestressed steel reinforcement layout,and concrete pipeline installation to improve their construction efficiency and engineering quality.The results indicate that reasonable basic engineering design and construction can improve the stability and durability of pipelines in pipeline engineering construction;the positioning and spacing of prestressed steel bars significantly impact the bearing capacity and seismic performance of pipelines.Optimizing the layout plan and determining the spacing reasonably can help improve the overall structural performance of pipelines;in the process of pipeline installation,construction optimization plans are proposed for key links such as installation,anchoring,connection,and sealing technology to ensure stable connection and good sealing of the pipeline.Through the above measures,the construction efficiency and engineering quality of prestressed reinforced concrete pipelines for municipal water supply and drainage can be improved,promoting the sustainable development of urban infrastructure construction.
