摘要
《“十四五”建筑业发展规划》明确,“十四五”时期,我国要初步形成建筑业高质量发展体系框架,建筑市场运行机制更加完善,工程质量安全保障体系基本健全,建筑工业化、数字化、智能化水平大幅提升,建造方式绿色转型成效显著,加速建筑业由大向强转变。鉴于3D打印技术展现出了自动化程度高、精确度高、一致性强、工作效率快等优势,其在建筑领域的应用前景非常广阔。为加深对混凝土3D打印技术的理解,本文从3D打印技术出发,详细介绍了混凝土3D打印技术,列举了国内外学者关于3D打印混凝土的研究成果,发现经过技术革新,3D打印混凝土的材料强度和耐水性得到了显著提升,并对混凝土3D打印技术存在的不足提出了相应的改进建议,以期推动混凝土3D打印技术的进一步发展。
The"14th Five-year Plan"for the development of the construction industry clearly states that during the"14th Five-year Plan"period,China will initially form a high-quality development system framework for the construction industry,improve the operating mechanism of the construction market,establish a basic sound engineering quality and safety guarantee system,significantly improve the level of industrialization,digitization,and intelligence in construction,achieve significant results in the green transformation of construction methods,and accelerate the transformation of the construction industry from large to strong.Given the advantages of high automation,high precision,strong consistency,and fast work efficiency demonstrated by 3D printing technology,its application prospects in the field of architecture are very broad.In order to deepen the understanding of concrete 3D printing technology,this article starts from 3D printing technology and provides a detailed introduction to concrete 3D printing technology.It lists the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on 3D printed concrete,and finds that through technological innovation,the material strength and water resistance of 3D printed concrete have been significantly improved.Corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed for the shortcomings of concrete 3D printing technology,in order to promote the further development of concrete 3D printing technology.
