高职院校新能源汽车技术专业群教师教学创新团队建设路径

摘要 在推动现代职业教育高质量发展背景下,高职院校构建高水平教师教学创新团队成为提高人才培养质量的关键举措。大力加强高职院校新能源汽车技术专业群教师教学创新团队建设,有利于建立业务精良的高素质新能源汽车技术专业教师教学创新团队,有利于以良好师资更好培养复合型新能源汽车技术专业人才,有利于以高质量教师队伍引领学校高质量发展。高职院校新能源汽车技术专业群教师教学创新团队建设面临团队师资力量缺乏、课程体系不优、产教融合不足等困境。要优化团队结构提升水平,打造新能源汽车专业“双师型”教学团队。优化最新课程体系,按职业岗位能力要求制订完善课程标准。深化校企合作产教融合,增强师资协同培养高质量人才。 In the context of promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education,the construction of high-level teacher teaching innovation teams in higher vocational colleges has become a key measure to improve the quality of talent training.Vigorously strengthening the construction of the teaching innovation team of teachers in the new energy vehicle technology professional group of higher vocational colleges is conducive to the establishment of a high-quality teaching innovation team of new energy vehicle technology teachers with excellent business,which is conducive to better cultivating compound new energy vehicle technology professionals with good teachers,and is also conducive to leading the high-quality development of the school with a high-quality teacher team.The teaching innovation team building of teachers in the new energy vehicle technology professional group of higher vocational colleges is faced with the dilemma of lack of team teachers,poor curriculum system,and insufficient integration of industry and education.It is necessary to optimize the team structure to improve the level and build a"double-teacher"teaching team for new energy vehicles,optimize the latest curriculum system,and formulate and improve curriculum standards according to the requirements of vocational positions,so as to deepen the integration of industry-education in school-enterprise cooperation,and enhance the collaborative training of high-quality talents by teachers.
