摘要
汽车空调压缩机在汽车空调系统中扮演着关键的角色,压缩机的正常运行直接影响到汽车的舒适性、驾驶安全性以及乘客的健康。压缩机内部的机械零部件由于长时间的摩擦和运动,导致表面逐渐磨损和失效,根据汽车空调压缩机的工作原理与压缩机机械磨损产生的原因及带来的影响,结合振动信号与汽车空调压缩机机械磨损之间的关联,分析基于振动检测方法在汽车空调压缩机机械磨损中的研究与应用,为确保汽车空调压缩机的正常运行提供参考。
Automotive air conditioning compressors play a key role in automotive air conditioning systems,and the normal operation of compressors directly affects the comfort,driving safety and health of passengers.According to the working principle of the automotive air-conditioning compressor and the causes and effects of the mechanical wear of the compressor,combined with the correlation between the vibration signal and the mechanical wear of the automobile air-conditioning compressor,the research and application of the vibration detection method in the mechanical wear of the automobile airconditioning compressor are analyzed,so as to provide a reference for ensuring the normal operation of the automotive air-conditioning compressor.
