江西省动力电池回收产业发展问题研究及建议

摘要 随着新能源汽车销量以及保有量的大幅提升,动力电池也进入报废的井喷期,废旧动力电池的回收工作也进入快速发展阶段。动力电池中含有大量的贵重金属以及有害物质,对废旧动力电池的回收不仅能够实现资源的循环利用,构建新型资源利用方式,而且能够有效降低其对环境的污染,是国家和地方实现双碳目标的重要抓手之一。文章从国内外以及江西省动力电池发展现状出发,结合其环境属性和经济属性,对当前废旧动力电池回收的技术和模式进行分析,指出当前江西省在废旧动力电池回收方面面临的问题,同时给出今后动力电池回收产业发展的一些建议。 With the substantial increase in the sales and ownership of new energy vehicles,power batteries have also entered a blowout period of scrapping,and the recycling of waste power batteries has also entered a stage of rapid development.Power batteries contain a large number of precious metals and harmful substances,and the recycling of waste power batteries can not only realize the recycling of resources,build a new way of resource utilization,but also effectively reduce their pollution to the environment,which is one of the important starting points for the national and local governments to achieve the dual carbon goal.Based on the development status of power batteries at home and abroad and in Jiangxi Province,combined with its environmental and economic attributes,this paper analyzes the current technology and mode of waste power battery recycling,points out the current problems faced by Jiangxi Province in the recycling of waste power batteries,and gives some suggestions for the development of power battery recycling industry in the future.
