低年级护理高职生线上课程学习投入的个体因素研究

摘要 目的:调查高职护生在线上课程中的学习投入现状,并探讨影响其学习投入的个体相关因素。方法:本研究为横断面调查性研究,通过一般信息调查表、学习投入量表、情绪智力量表和逆境商量表,对某医学院校431名一年级高职护生进行电子问卷调查。结果:低年级高职护生的学习投入得分为(65.68±11.38)分。情绪智力、逆境商以及是否喜欢护理专业3个变量进入回归方程,可以解释总变异的48.40%。结论:高职护生对线上课程的学习投入处于中等水平,其个体影响因素主要包括情绪智力、逆境商和是否喜欢护理专业。 Objective:To investigate the current state of online course engagement among junior vocational nursing students and explore individual factors influencing their engagement.Methods:This cross-sectional survey involved 431 first-year vocational nursing students from a medical college.An electronic questionnaire was used,including a general information questionnaire,a learning engagement scale,an emotional intelligence scale,and an adversity quotient scale.Results:The average score for online course engagement among junior vocational nursing students was 65.68±11.38.Emotional intelligence,adversity quotient,and interest in the nursing profession were the three variables that entered the regression equation,accounting for 48.40% of the total variance.Conclusion:Online course engagement among junior vocational nursing students is at a moderate level.The primary individual factors influencing this engagement include emotional intelligence,adversity quotient,and whether the student likes the nursing profession.
