摘要
目的:比较翻转课堂联合PBL(problem-based learning)与CBL(case-based learning)在缓和医疗参与终末期心力衰竭教学中的效果差异。方法:将60名粤北人民医院二年级规培医生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30名。试验组采用翻转课堂联合PBL教学,对照组采用CBL教学。结果:试验组理论知识考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.001);试验组临床实践能力和患者及家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:翻转课堂联合PBL在缓和医疗参与终末期心力衰竭教学中的表现更为有效。
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning(PBL)versus case-based learning(CBL)in teaching palliative care for end-stage heart failure.Methods:Sixty second-year resident doctors from Yuebei People's Hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 doctors in each group.The experimental group received teaching using the flipped classroom combined with PBL,while the control group received CBL-based teaching.Results:The experimental group scored higher in theoretical knowledge assessments than the control group(P<0.001).Additionally,the experimental group demonstrated superior clinical practice skills and higher satisfaction among patients and their families compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The flipped classroom combined with PBL proves to be more effective in teaching palliative care for end-stage heart failure.
