摘要
探讨改良Mini-CEX联合DOPS双轨制评价体系在超声专业住院医师规范化培训临床实践能力培养和考核中的应用及其价值。方法:选取我院两届超声专业住院医师规范化培训学员作为研究对象,2017届的24名学员为对照组,2018届的18名学员为试验组。对照组采用传统教学方式进行带教和考核,试验组则使用改良Mini-CEX联合DOPS双轨制评价体系进行考核评价。结果:试验组实践技能成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,试验组教学满意度高于对照组。结论:改良Mini-CEX联合DOPS双轨制评价体系在超声住培临床能力培养中具有显著优势,提升了教学满意度。
Objective:To explore the application and value of an improved Mini-CEX combined with a Direct Observation of Procedural Skills(DOPS)dual-track evaluation system in the clinical practice competency training and assessment of resident physicians in ultrasound specialty programs.Methods:The study involved resident physicians from two cohorts in our hospital's ultrasound specialty training program.The 2017 cohort,consisting of 24 residents,served as the control group,while the 2018 cohort,consisting of 18 residents,served as the experimental group.The control group underwent traditional teaching and assessment methods,while the experimental group was evaluated using the improved Mini-CEX combined with the DOPS dual-track evaluation system.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher practical skill scores compared to the control group,with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group reported higher teaching satisfaction levels than the control group.Conclusion:The improved Mini-CEX combined with the DOPS dual-track evaluation system offers significant advantages in the clinical competency training of ultrasound resident physicians,enhancing both practical skills and teaching satisfaction.
