基于经验学习圈的模块化复盘教学在内科护理带教中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的:观察基于经验学习圈的模块化复盘教学在内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取于本院内科实习的70名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35)和试验组(n=35)。对照组实施传统教学,试验组实施基于经验学习圈的模块化复盘教学,分析讨论不同教学方法对教学效果的影响。结果:试验组的出科考核成绩、综合能力和自主学习能力均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:相较于传统教学方法,基于经验学习圈的模块化复盘教学不仅能够有效提高护生的学习效果,还有助于护生自主学习能力的培养,值得应用。 Objective:To observe the effectiveness of modular review teaching based on experiential learning cycles in internal medicine nursing education.Methods:70 nursing students from the internal medicine internship were randomly assigned to a control group(n=35)and an experimental group(n=35).The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used modular review teaching based on experiential learning cycles.The impact of different teaching methods on educational outcomes was analyzed.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher exit examination scores,overall abilities,and self-directed learning capabilities compared to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared to traditional methods,modular review teaching based on experiential learning cycles effectively improves students'learning outcomes and fosters self-directed learning abilities,making it a valuable approach.
