摘要
目的:观察基于CBE模块化的建设性反馈教学法在儿童口腔科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:随机将60名轮转护士分成两组,每组各30名。对照组应用传统教学法,试验组应用基于CBE模块化的建设性反馈教学法。结果:试验组出科考核成绩、综合能力及自我导向学习能力均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在儿童口腔科护理带教中应用基于CBE模块化的建设性反馈教学法,可显著提高轮转护士的学习效果。
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of the CBE(Competency-Based Education)modular constructive feedback teaching method in pediatric dentistry nursing education.Methods:60 rotating nurses were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 participants.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used the CBE modular constructive feedback teaching method.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher exit examination scores,overall abilities,and self-directed learning skills compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the CBE modular constructive feedback teaching method in pediatric dentistry nursing education significantly improves the learning outcomes of rotating nurses.
