RCDP教学法配合菜单式微视频在急诊科护理带教中的应用研究

摘要 目的:研究RCDP教学法配合菜单式微视频在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年在急诊科实习的68名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各34名。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用RCDP教学法配合菜单式微视频。比较两组教学效果的差异。结果:试验组的出科考试成绩和急诊临床能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:RCDP教学法结合菜单式微视频能够有效提高护生的理论和操作水平,增强护生的急诊临床能力。 Objective:To study the effectiveness of the RCDP(Rapid Deliberate Cycle Practice)teaching method combined with menu-based microvideos in emergency department nursing education.Methods:68 nursing students interning in the emergency department in 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 34 students.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group employed the RCDP teaching method combined with menu-based microvideos.The differences in teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher exit examination scores and emergency clinical abilities compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the RCDP teaching method with menu-based microvideos effectively improves students'theoretical knowledge and practical skills,enhancing their emergency clinical capabilities.
