摘要
随着人工智能、大数据、区块链等新技术的广泛应用,产业数字化进入快速发展阶段。数字产业极大地推动了金融行业变革、业务创新及升级,人才需求也发生了巨大变化。从教学研究、实践教学和校企合作等多维度设计课程内容、方法、形式等元素,培养具有科技素养、创新能力和实践经验的金融专业人才以适应数字产业市场需求,是高校金融专业教育转型关键所在。应根据“新文科”的建设要求,设计基于OBE成果导向理念的教学模式,以更好地适应数字产业新需求。
With the wide application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,blockchain and so on,industrial digitalization has entered a rapid development stage.The digital industry has greatly promoted the change and business innovation and upgrading of the financial industry,and the demand for talents has also changed dramatically.It is the key to the transformation of finance education in colleges and universities to design the course content,methods,forms and other elements from the multi-dimensional aspects of teaching research,practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate financial professionals with scientific and technological literacy,innovation ability and practical experience,and to adapt to the market demand of the digital industry.According to the construction requirements of New Liberal Arts,the teaching mode based on the concept of OBE is designed to better adapt to the needs the new needs of digital industry.
