摘要
该文主要计对PA66材料的热变形温度失效原因进行探讨。通过红外光谱、裂解图谱、DSC曲线等分析方法,得到了材料的成分信息。同时检测了材料的热变形温度、拉伸强度、冲击强度等物理性能,在偏光显微镜下观察了材料的结晶形貌。研究表明,失效样品是PA66和PA6共混的玻纤增强材料,共混下PA66原有的结晶形貌遭到破坏,两者共混比例不合适,从而导致材料在使用过程过早出现失效情况。
This article mainly discusses the causes of thermal deformation temperature failure of PA66 materials.The composition information of the material was obtained through analysis methods such as infrared spectroscopy,pyrolysis spectra,and DSC curves.At the same time,physical performance such as thermal deformation temperature,tensile strength,and impact strength of the material were tested.The crystal morphology of the material was observed under a polarizing microscope.The results indicated that the failed sample was a glass fiber reinforced material mixed with PA66 and PA6.Under the blending,the original crystalline morphology of PA66 was destroyed,and the blending ratio of the two was inappropriate.This leads to premature failure of the material during use.
