RCA高模量玄武岩纤维AC-20C沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘要 为抑制沥青路面病害的出现,延长其使用年限,将玄武岩纤维及RCA高模量剂掺入到AC-20C沥青混合料中,并开展高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂及抗水损害等路用性能研究。通过对不同RCA高模量剂掺量的70号A级道路石油沥青开展三大指标试验,评价RCA高模量剂的推荐掺量;通过对不同RCA高模量剂掺量的玄武岩纤维AC-20C沥青混合料开展配合比设计及相关路用性能研究,确定最佳油石比及RCA高模量剂的合理掺量。试验结果表明,高模量剂掺量为10%~16%时,高模量改性沥青能够满足常规SBS I-D聚合物改性沥青的技术要求;0.4%玄武岩纤维的掺入能够显著改善沥青混合料的路用性能;从高温性能方面考虑,RCA高模量剂的推荐掺量为16%;从低温性能和水稳定性能两个方面考虑,RCA高模量剂的推荐掺量为14%。 In order to restrain the emergence of asphalt pavement disease and extend its service life,we mixed basalt fiber and RCA high modulus agent into AC-20C asphalt mixture,and carried out research on road performance such as high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance.The recommended dosage of RCA high modulus agent was evaluated by three index tests on 70 Grade A asphalt with different RCA high modulus agent content.Based on the design of the mix ratio of basalt fiber AC-20C asphalt mixture with different RCA high modulus agent content and the related pavement performance,we determined the best oil-stone ratio and the reasonable dosage of RCA high modulus agent.The test results show that the modified asphalt with high modulus can meet the technical requirements of conventional SBS I-D polymer modified asphalt when the content of high modulus agent is 10%~16%.The addition of 0.4%basalt fiber can significantly improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture.From the aspect of high temperature performance,the recommended content of RCA high modulus agent is 16%,and from the aspect of low temperature performance and water stability,the recommended content of RCA high modulus agent is 14%.
