摘要
甲板防滑涂料除了有效防止甲板上的装备侧滑和人员摔伤,还能够保护甲板免受腐蚀、磨损等破坏,随着我国战斗力的不断提升,对专用甲板防滑涂料还提出了经受高重、高速飞机的高频冲击等更高性能的要求,对不同应用环境不同性能需求的甲板防滑涂料选择合理的测试方法进行客观评价对于该类涂料的应用选型具有十分重要的意义。对国内外甲板防滑涂料相关标准GJB 5066-2001、GB/T 9261-2008、HJB 285A-2016、GJB 9779-2020和MIL-PRF-24667C(2008)进行了全面梳理,对各标准的特点和侧重点进行了分析,给出适用的应用场合;对各标准中防滑性、耐磨性、耐冲击性、耐盐雾腐蚀性、耐人工加速老化性等关键性能的试验方法进行了详细说明,指出各测试方法中测试条件、测试参数等的差异性,体现了不同评价标准对甲板防滑涂料选型的适用性。
The anti-skid coating for deck can not only effectively prevent the equipment on deck from side-slipping and people from falling,but also protect the deck from corrosion,abrasion and other damage,the special anti-skid coating for deck is also required to withstand the high-frequency impact of high-weight and high-speed aircraft,it is of great significance to objectively evaluate the test methods for different performance requirements of the coatings for different application environments.The relevant standards of anti-skid coatings for deck at home and abroad,such as GJB 5066-2001,GB/T 9261-2008,HJB 285A-2016,GJB 9779-2020 and MIL-PRF-24667C(2008),were comprehensively combed,the test methods for the key properties of each standard,such as skid resistance,abrasion resistance,impact resistance,salt spray corrosion resistance and artificial accelerated aging resistance,are described in detail,the differences of test conditions and parameters among the test methods are pointed out,which shows the applicability of different evaluation standards to the selection of antiskid coatings for deck.
