摘要
当前国内公路工程的路面结构以沥青为主,预防沥青老化有助于延长路面结构使用寿命,降低公路工程运营养护成本。该文系统地回顾总结了沥青材料老化的影响因素,并从水分、热氧化、紫外辐射、空气氧化等方面讨论了沥青材料老化影响因素,指出温度过高、紫外线过强会导致沥青快速老化,而空气氧化是引起沥青老化的主要原因。建议公路工程实践中可通过惰性气体保护、采用改性沥青、优化沥青生产过程、合理规范公路排水设计等方式缓解沥青老化问题,延长路面结构使用寿命。
Currently,asphalt is the main pavement structure in domestic highway engineering.Preventing asphalt aging can help extend the service life of pavement structures and reduce the operation and maintenance costs of highway engineering.A systematic review and summary of the influencing factors of asphalt material aging were conducted,and the factors affecting asphalt material aging were discussed from the aspects of moisture,thermal oxidation,ultraviolet radiation,air oxidation,etc.It was pointed out that high temperature and strong ultraviolet radiation can lead to rapid aging of asphalt,and air oxidation is the main cause of asphalt aging.It is suggested that in the practice of highway engineering,the problem of asphalt aging can be alleviated and the service life of pavement structures can be extended through methods such as inert gas protection,use of modified asphalt,optimization of asphalt production process,and reasonable standardization of highway drainage design.
