摘要
基于文科类专业在服务对象、工作内容、工作过程等方面的典型特征,高职院校在构建文科类专业实践教学体系时,应当紧密围绕专业人才培养的核心目标,实施系统性的顶层设计。以北京青年政治学院开发的“通用职业能力—专项核心能力—就业创业能力”递进式培养模型以及基于此模型构建的“多学期分段递进”实践教学体系为例,为文科类专业实践教学体系的设计与实施提供宝贵的参考范例。
Based on the typical characteristics of liberal arts majors in terms of.service targets,job content and work processes,vocational colleges should closely adhere to the core objectives of professional talent cultivation and implement a systematic top-down design,when constructing a practical teaching system for these majors.Taking Beijing Youth Politics College as an example,the college has innovatively developed a progressively layered competency development model of"general professional abilities—specialized core competencies—employability and entrepreneurship skills",and based on this model,successfully established a"multi-semester segmented and progressive"practical teaching system,providing a valuable reference model for the design and implementation of practical teaching systems for liberal arts majors.
