摘要
采用电力直驱模式来完成电能与机械能的无传动转化是高端交通动力装备领域的未来战略性技术之一。轮缘推进器(RDT)作为一种高度集成的电力直驱推进,是近年来研究的热点。文章梳理了船舶轮缘推进器的6项关键技术,包括水力部件设计及优化、电机设计及控制、水润滑轴承的设计和性能强化、系统集成与测试、船体匹配及联合控制以及可靠性评估与智能运维;阐述了各项技术的研究现状和趋势,总结了国内外RDT产品和实船应用情况。研究和应用表明,节能、环保、灵活的轮缘推进器是绿色智能船舶电力推进形式的重要选择,高性能轮缘推进器专用化设计、效能提升和状态监测以及智能运维是轮缘推进器未来重要发展趋势。
In the future,one of the strategic technologies in the field of high-end transportation power equipment is to adopt electrically direct-drive mode so as to achieve the conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy without intermediate transmission.Rim-driven thrusters(RDT),as an electrically direct-drive propulsion device with highly integrated design,has been a hot research topic in recent years.Six key technologies of ship RDTs,including hydrodynamic design and optimization,motor design and control,water lubricated bearings design and performance enhancement,system integration and testing,propeller-hull coupling and collaborative control,reliability evaluation and intelligent maintenance,have been presented and summarized.The current status and future trends of various RDT technologies are elaborated,along with the application of RDT products to ships from a global perspective.It has been indicated that energy-saving,environmentally friendly,and fexible RDTs will be an important choice for green and intelligent ships.The specialized design,efficiency improvement,condition monitoring,and intelligent maintenance will be the most significant aspects for high-performance RDTs in the future.
